Enel in the New World - One Piece. But suppose Enel were to return from the Moon and land somewhere in the New World, unless he’s learnt Armament Haki while he was gone, he’s basically deader than Dobby, right?
Like, the Rumble Rumble Fruit combines with Observation to the point that it’s functioning as Future-Sight Observation that Luffy and Katakuri used, but wouldn’t any New World pirate being able to equal that and just cut Enel down unless Enel has Armament as well?
Speaking of, considering Enel was a ruler for all intents and purposes having conquered Skypeia, would that constitute as a strong enough Will for Conqueror’s?
About armament yes unless he has it he stands no chance Caesar is lucky he has a good fruit otherwise him having no haki is a struggle.
But with conquerers the person has to be born with it and train enough to awaken it and the chances of enel having conquerors is slim and if he does have it u need a strong will to use it and the only will he had was to get to the moon which he succeeded with so that so shows he has no reason to have it.
But if he were to come back he'd probably have advanced observation and basic armament just to survive a day in the new world.
Even before the timeskip Enel's physicality & fighting ability was better than the straw hats should've been able to handle. He was just severely limited in df & style with the staff, tho yes he was a glass cannon. So like Crocodile he should've been better than his battle against Luffy suggested. Enel should've been around the middle of the commander tier. Just having Haki & relative ability allows Enel to be in the commander tier.
Enel's df was being used to detect sounds or act like a radar related to the electromagnet spectrum, otherwise it didn't do more for it. It's just relatively regular CoO, but generally it's like the whole argument of which is better CoA or CoO. Someone could have decent CoA but not have CoO or be mobile enough to land blows, which makes it useless. Enel already has the damage & dodge ability of a logia that goes well with CoO. I doubt Enel jumps crazy but I think he could reach peak Commander like Katakuri with the ts or low yonko.
Even without Armament Haki, Enel is basically second only to emperor crews and warlords. Unfortunately, this means he’d be unable to do anything relevant to the strawhats. Fortunately, he probably got stronger over the two years like every one else.
